Konstantinos Eleftheriou holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a member of the DEOK (Democratic Labour Federation of Cyprus) Management Board and holds the position of Secretary of Human Resources and Administration. He is the Director of the Cyprus Institute for Training/Training and Employment (KIKEA) of the DEOK. He is also a Certified Training Professional from the ECDL Foundation (European Computer Driving Licence) and a Certified Productivity Trainer from the Productivity Centre (KEPA).
