Please submit to Cyprus NSS this report, duly completed, within 30 calendar days by the end date of the activity/-ies undertaken with the help of the grant awarded. This report is considered as your request for payment of the balance of the grant. Please also note that the approval of the report and the payment of the balance of your grant are conditioned by the submission of the supporting documents listed under the Article 4, point 4.1 and 4.2 of your grant agreement.
